Wigan Neighbourhood Officers have been tackling the recent Anti-social behaviour issues around Ashton in Makerfield. Officers PC Carter, PC Carroll, PC Benneworth and PCSO Grimes have been conducting both foot and mobile patrol in the town centre during the evenings to deter ASB and interact with the community to address any concerns. They have also been liaising with the local councillor about the problems, as well as the schools to identify and speak to the children involved in the incident and educate them about their actions |
